yo i have the itch app but it wont let me download it says the download is incompatible cuz of a third party website but when i go the itch.io website and download it from mega.nz after the too slow song it crashes
idk if you can, but could you port the high effort fate on psych engine? Ever since I've seen it I really wanted to download it but couldn't find a mac port. It would make me super happy if you can but if not it's cool :)
So now there is this bug in the game were, when you enter a different song. It doesn't load and all you can do is press enter because it disables you from doing anything else but pressing enter. It doesn't do it to the first song in story mode, but any other song. It does this bug. I am trying to run the executable version as we speak to see if this one doesn't have the bug. I will edit this comment, to give you a confirmation if the bug is still occurring.
THE BUG IS BACK, IT IS STILL CRASHING WHENEVER YOUR FINISHED WITH THE SONG. IT HAS THE SAME ERROR, I TRIED RUNNING THE EXECTUTABLE FILE AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK. IF THERE IS ANYWAY TO FIX THIS ISSUE THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
The same bug is happening. Whenever I try going into play a different song besides "Too Slow" it doesn't process and it disables me from doing anything else but pressing enter on the different song I unlocked. If this makes sense.
Edit: The executable file is doing the same thing. But in order to play those other songs, I have to start from the beginning act 1 to go to act 3 triple trouble or the other song. (Reuploaded comment to make sure you got this)

I dont want to restart the whole story mode and then go to the song I could just play in the story mode section but it doesn't work, it is a weird bug.
The executable file is acting weird. I am going to try the sonic mod application by itself if that makes sense without the executable file.
Edit: The application or the app by itself doesn't like the bug fix you applied to it and the same bug is happening to it as well. If there is any way to fix this, that would be greatly appreciated. If there is needed simplification on the bug that I am trying to explain. Please reply back.
There is another issue happening, after completing the whole game. I go back to story mode to play triple trouble and it stops me from playing it. It freezes the whole game up. It still plays the music and the background moves and all of that but it doesn't enter into the song. Not even "You Can't Run". The only one that is allowing me to click and play is the first song "Too Slow". And then I went to freeplay to go play the other songs I have completed, and it only processed that I played one song which was the secret song "Milk" I think. Which features sunky.

are you running the executable version? That one works better than the original.
there shouldn't be problems with the executable version.
And it depends possibly on what Mac your using. but I think this app is intended to be compatible with any Mac.
Yeah Its Supposed to be able to run on mac OS X El Capitan and Above idk if im right tho

I think i figured out why the game crashes after beating a song. When I was running the command with the game, it gave me an error saying,
Error : [file_open,assets/replays/replay-too-slow-time1641930320657.79.kadeReplay]
I think kade engine's replay system dosen't work well on mac.
Edit: The replay menu dosent even exist. You go into the replay menu in options and then the game crashes. The command says,
Invalid directory
Error : Invalid directory
is there any way this can be fixed
